Reporting a Positive COVID Case

Procedure to notify the school when you have a positive COVID case to report

• please use the school email to contact the Principal immediately at princeofpeace@cssd.ab.ca
• give your child's name and class/teacher
• give the date that you were advised to start and stop Public Health Leave
• give the names of siblings and/or other children (from our school community) that you are aware of that may have had close contact with the child that tested positive
